Analisis Kualitas Layanan E-Government pada Wajib Pajak Kota Metro
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kualitas layanan e-government dalam bentuk aplikasi e-samsat yang digunakan untuk kemudahan membayar pajak menjadi lebih cepat. Pengambilan sampel pada riset ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive dengan unit analisis yaitu wajib pajak kendaraan roda dua pada Kota Metro. Analisis data diolah dengan structural equation modelling bantuan aplikasi LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan e-government memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat dibandingkan dengan kepuasan masyarakat. Lebih lanjut, kepercayaan wajib pajak berdampak pada kepuasan wajib pajak sehingga hal ini dapat menjadi tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor roda dua.
