Digitalisasi Dan Keadilan Transaksional Dalam Al-Qur’an: Telaah Tafsir Dan Implikasi Terhadap E-Commerce Syariah

Abstract

Digital transformation has revolutionized the way humans conduct economic transactions, especially through e-commerce. Amidst this technological development, serious challenges have emerged regarding transactional justice, especially from the perspective of Islamic values. The Qur'an as the main source of law and value in Islam provides an ethical and normative basis to ensure justice in buying and selling. This article aims to examine the verses of the Qur'an related to the principle of transactional justice, as well as to examine its application in the practice of sharia e-commerce. Through the approach of thematic interpretation and maqasid sharia, this study offers an ethical framework for building a digital transaction system that is fair, transparent, and oriented towards protecting Muslim consumers.
