Prinsip Teologis Sola Fide Martin Luther dalam Konfesi HKBP: Tinjauan Dogmatis Keselamatan dalam Iman Serta Pengakuan HKBP Melalui Konfesi
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the Theological Review of Martin Luther's sola fide principles in the HKBP Confession; to examine and provide an understanding to the author of how humans who are essentially sinners can obtain salvation; and to examine and provide an understanding of how important good works are if they are not a requirement for obtaining salvation. Researchers use the research literature writing method. Literature research was carried out to look for data and information related to the title above. However, for the sake of the development of this thesis writing, it is also important for the author to receive information and input from other media, so that his reflections look current and this will really help provide broader knowledge and insight regarding the topics that will be discussed in this research. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the HKBP church must introduce and teach that the HKBP has church documents as the basis for its confession of faith. Especially the HKBP Confession which can provide a deep understanding of how the HKBP confesses its faith. so that the congregation better understands and appreciates the meaning of salvation in faith in everyday life.
