Analisis Psikometri Adopsi Skala Kompetensi Multikultural terhadap Calon Guru Menggunakan Pemodelan Rasch
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuktikan bahwa Skala Kemampuan Multikultural untuk Guru Prospek dapat dimasukkan ke dalam versi Indonesia. 150 siswa sekolah menengah adalah responden. Metode sampling convenience digunakan untuk menentukan responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan form Google. Secara keseluruhan, ada empat analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini: proses adaptasi; pembersihan dan validasi data; psikometri atribut item; dan psikometri instrumen. Hasilnya adalah bahwa skala secara keseluruhan memenuhi unidimensi dari kriteria unik, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai variasi dasar sebesar 79,2%. Selain itu, skala memiliki keandalan susunan item unik, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai reliabilitas item sebesar 0,89. Oleh karena itu, skala ini layak digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan multikultural siswa dalam program studi sekolah sebagai dasar untuk membuat kerangka program Pendidikan
