Keamanan dan Kepercayaan dalam menggunakan E-Wallet sebagai Media Pembayaran Zakat
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa faktor keamanan dan kepercayaan yang diduga dapat menjadi penyebab individu terutama masyarakat muslim berminat untuk menggunakan e-wallet dalam pemenuhan pembayaran zakat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada masyarakat muslim di provinsi Lampung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dengan kriteria khusus pada responden. Selanjutnya, data diambil dengan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan aplikasi LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keamanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan. Selanjutnya, keamanan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan e-wallet memiliki pengaruh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kepercayaan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan e-wallet. Dengan demikian, keamanan dapat disimpulkan sebagai faktor yang diutamakan oleh masyarakat muslim dalam niat mereka untuk menggunakan e-wallet dalam pembayaran zakat.
