A Aktualisasi Budaya lokal Anrio-rio Pengantin Baru Pada Praktek Pernikahan di Sinjai Barat Persfektif Maslahah Mursalah
Abstract
This Study aims to understand the sustainability of the family/household in the context of the local culture of Anrio-rio newlyweds in the practice of marriage in West Sinjai, using the perspective of maslahah mursalah. The Anrio-rio tradition is one form of local wisdom of the Bugis people that is passed down from generation to generation. This tradition not only has symbolic meaning, but also contains spiritual, social, and cultural values that are relevant in building a harmonious and sustainable family. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Anrio-rio tradition functions as a means to create blessings, harmony, and sustainability of the household. In the perspective of maslahahmursalah, this tradition is in line with the objectives of sharia (maqashid sharia), such as maintaining religion, soul, descendants, reason, and property. Values such as togetherness, mutual cooperation, responsibility, and spirituality are at the heart of this tradition, which not only strengthens the relationship between couples but also with the extended family and society. This study concludes that the Anrio-rio tradition plays a strategic role in maintaining the sustainability of households and local culture amidst changing times, while also being a manifestation of the values of welfare in IslamKata Kunci: Logistik halal, Surah Al-Baqarah 168, Undang-Undang No. 33 Tahun 2014, Jaminan Produk Halal.
