Abstract

learning in madrasahs aims not only to provide students with an understanding of Islamic legal rulings but also to shape their character through the cultivation of ethics and noble moral values. Ethics in learning reflects the norms and codes of conduct that teachers and students are expected to uphold throughout the learning process, while akhlaq represents the application of Islamic values in everyday life. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing books, scholarly journals, and documents related to fiqh learning, Islamic education, and character education. The findings indicate that integrating ethics and akhlaq into fiqh learning can improve the quality of instruction, foster an Islamic personality, and cultivate discipline, responsibility, honesty, and social awareness. Teachers play a central role as role models in instilling these values through contextual learning methods and habituation. Therefore, fiqh learning should not focus solely on the cognitive domain but should also emphasize the affective and psychomotor domains so that the objectives of Islamic education can be achieved optimally
